If you're facing issues with Langwill features not working as expected, the most common causes are either Langwill App embedding not being enabled or the Langwill Switcher not being activated. Below, we outline the specific issues that can occur when these features are not properly configured.


🚨 Situations caused by not enabling Langwill App embedding:

Situation 1: Standard mode translations not displaying correctly

If the translation model for that language is set to Standard, and after publishing the language, the translations are not showing, please check if Langwill App embedding is enabled.

Situation 2: Language switcher not displaying

Even if the Langwill widget is published, if the language switcher is not visible when previewing the store, please check if Langwill App embedding is enabled.



Situation 3: Page element translation not taking effect

If you're using Page element translation but the translations you added are not displaying correctly on the page, please check if Langwill App embedding is enabled.


Situation 4: Image translation not taking effect

If you're using Image translation but the translated images you added are not displaying correctly on the page, please check if Langwill App embedding is enabled.


Situation 5: Third-party app translation not taking effect

If you have enabled the translation switch for a third-party app in Langwill but the content related to that app is not being translated on the page, please check if Langwill App embedding is enabled.
