How to Translate Help Center on Willdesk with Langwill

Langwill has integrated with the Willdesk: Live Chat&AI Chatbot, supporting the translation of the Help Center only. For chat widget translations, please refer to this article.


Follow these simple steps to translate the Help Center on the Willdesk: Live Chat&AI Chatbot app:


Step 1: Set Up the Willdesk Help Center in Shopify

Before translating, ensure that the Willdesk Help Center is added to your store. If it's already set up, proceed to Step 2.


  1. Install the Willdesk and create a Help Center

  • Download the app from the Shopify App Store by clicking Install

  • For detailed instructions on how to add FAQ articles, check this guide

2. Add a Help Center page to Your Shopify Menu

  • From your Shopify admin panel, go to Content → Menus.

  • Choose the menu where you want to add the FAQ page (e.g., Footer Menu or Main Menu).

  • eg. click the Main Menu, click Add menu item.

  • Name the menu item (e.g., "Help Center") and paste the Help Center URL into the link box. Click Save.


Note : To find the Help Center URL:

  • Go to Willdesk → Help Center → Page Settings and copy the Help Center URL.

3. Review the Help Center Page on Your Store

  • Visit your store and verify that the Help Center page is properly displayed and accessible.


Step 2: Add Translation Languages in Langwill

  • Go to Langwill and navigate to the Languages page.

  • Add your target languages for translation.


Step 3: Access the Visual Editor

  • In Langwill, navigate to Other Translations → View History.

  • Click Add Element.

  • Select Class/ID for the Help Center.

The typical Classes for the Help Center are one of the following:

  • willdesk-faq-banner

  • willdesk-faq-premium

  • willdesk-faq-basic


Note : To find the Class for the content, follow these steps:

  • Open your Willdesk’s Help Center page.

  • Hover over the page, right-click, select Inspect, and copy the corresponding class from inspect.

  • Select Element Type to Class and paste the Class to the Resource box and click Save.


Step 4: Check and Review the Translation

  • Visit the Help Center page on your store and Use Langwill’s language switcher to switch to your target language and verify the translation.

Note : Editing translated content is not currently supported.
