When you enable the Overcharge button in Langwill, it ensures the system can automatically purchase the necessary credits to complete your translations.
If you then see the message:
"Your charges have reached the spending limit"
It means your Shopify app spending cap has been reached. You will need to increase this limit so Langwill can continue translating your store content.
How to Set Up Your Shopify App Spending Limit for Langwill?
Step 1: Log in to your Shopify Admin, go to your store’s Shopify Admin Dashboard. In the bottom left corner, click Settings.
Step 2: From the settings menu, select Billing.

Step 3: On the Billing page, click View all subscriptions to see all active app subscriptions.

Step 4: Scroll through your subscriptions until you find Langwill. Click the three dots (⋯) icon next to Langwill.

Step 5: In the New app spending limit field, enter the maximum amount you want to allow for Langwill charges.

Step 6: Confirm and apply changes
a. Check the confirmation box acknowledging the change in spending limit.
b. Click Set limit to XXX USD to apply the new limit.

Once the new spending limit is set, Langwill will resume automatic credit purchases and continue your translations without interruption.
